The two houses are located between Loco and Russo, where there are restaurants, grocery stores and post offices. There is also an ATM in Loco. In Berzona there is a bakery and a gas station. In Russo there is the medical clinic of the valley in the social center. For lovers of climbing there are several possibilities nearby. In the upper part of the valley there are the thermal baths of Craveggia, which in the past were a famous thermal water station. In the valley of Vergeletto there are many possibilities for walks, one of which can be taken by trolley bus to Salei to reach the small lake. There are also several mountain huts with accommodation in the area. The Onsernone Valley is known for its intact nature.

Mosogno is a small village in the Onsernone Valley, which is said to have the most hours of sunshine of all the villages in the valley.

In the house there is a kitchen with bathroom, shower and two rooms located above each other. On the second floor there is a room with fireplace, bed, sofa and table and in the bedroom above there are three beds. In the small house, can live three, max four people.
