The pretty house, called Casa Margareta, for 2 families, is situated in a quiet area and in a dead end. The house is located in a well-known region, it’s city is Ascona. In a short walk, 15min. you reach the lake and 20min the city. Shopping possibilities are close. In winter the apartments can be heated either with oil or with electricity
