Casa Schmid

The rustico with a typical granite roof is located on the edge of the village of Coglio. The bus station (150m) and the river bed of the Maggia (200m) are easily accessible. The rustico offers space for 4-5 people on 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath/shower and toilet as well as the living/dining area with sofa, dining table, fireplace and open kitchen. A door leads to the terrace with granite table and stone benches. Adjacent is the unfenced garden with fig tree, vines and meadowland. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with two beds. The front door, which can be reached from Dorfstrasse, leads to an entrance area with a bed. A wooden staircase leads to the 2nd floor, in the open sleeping gallery under the roof with two beds.
