When coming to the Casa Vecchia, one goes on a small time travel to the Ticino of 400 years. The old walls with the typical winding room layout are still true to the original. Also the charming kitchen utensils, mirrors, lamps, curtains and decorations let you dream of past times. Quietly and idyllically situated on the southern slope, with a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore, unforgettable hours can be spent here far away from tourist standards. The best months to stay at Casa Vecchia are from March to October, because there is no heating system. On cool evenings our guests enjoy the warmth in front of the large fireplace on the first floor. Only the bathroom on the second floor is heated electrically.
