The authentic rustico was built by hand by the original owner Nonno Milton in traditional granite stone construction and, as the Ticinese like it, is not quite perfect. A cool breeze blows through the unplastered walls during the fall and winter months. Even the one or other tiny creepy-crawly sometimes finds refuge. On the other hand, you live in the midst of untouched nature and can make yourself comfortable on cool evenings in the living area in front of the fireplace or by the stove. There is no electric heating here.
