SALOTTO 1962 is the name that the Parkhotel Delta has dedicated to its restaurant, open all year round and the hotel's flagship, to celebrate its 60th anniversary in Ascona! It is also crowned by the arrival of the new Chef de Cuisine Kenny Oberholz from one of the best restaurants in Ascona's Piazza supported by maître sommelier Saverio Decorato and Chef de Bar Roberto Cuccu.
