The Krav Maga system, a simple and effective method, helps participants recognize potentially dangerous situations, respond naturally and practically, and protect themselves both mentally and physically. No prior experience is required; the event is designed so that everyone can learn and actively participate.
This session is not just about self-defense—it is also a moment to address issues of harassment, violence, and intimidation, emphasizing that personal safety is a right, and that every woman deserves to feel free and protected.
Participants should arrive on time and stay for the entire session.
