Next autumn a colourful edition will light up Ticino for a great Brazilian adventure. Brazil is a boundless land of different ethnic influences and climates, with a wide range of ingredients. The result is one of the most interesting cuisines in the world. Starting at the end of September, this gastronomic culture will be the star with dinners that will take place, as always, in some of the most beautiful and significant locations in Ticino, including restaurants and hotels in the most evocative corners of the territory, hosted by Ticino colleagues: from Rio de Janeiro will come the two-starred Rafa Costa e Silva and the Michelin-starred Alberto Landgraf; from São Paulo Ivan Ralston, 2 Michelin stars and 1 green star, and Luiz Filipe Souza, 2 Michelin stars, all included among the 100 best in the world, according to ‘The World's 50 Best Restaurants’ classification; from Curitiba, Manu Buffara, Best Female Chef 2022 World's 50 Best Restaurants, a South American icon who will tell the story of the bright colours of Brazil's Atlantic forest; and from Manaus, the heart of the Amazon, Felipe Schaedler, an absolute reference for the flavours of the forest.
