Mauro in the kitchen and his wife Benny on duty welcome guests to the heart of Ticino, continuing a culinary tradition rooted in local history. We are proud to be one of the oldest grottos in the region, a place where time seems to stand still and every dish speaks of our passion for our land. Our cuisine celebrates local and seasonal products, showcasing Ticino's finest: from Alpine cured meats and cheeses to fresh vegetables and seasonal ingredients. Each recipe reflects the tradition of traditional dishes, reinterpreted with care and attention to detail.
