Welcome to the Caseifici Aperti, the unique taste of Ticino cheese.
The event, now in its twelfth edition, is a celebration of taste and fun for the whole family. This weekend, both Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, will be a unique opportunity to savor local products. Cheese lovers and visitors can freely explore the 20 participating dairies spread across the canton.
The offer is rich and varied, featuring products certified by Ticino regio.garantie. In addition to tastings of fresh cheeses, büscion, yogurt, formaggella, cold cuts, and artisanal ice cream, visitors can discover the facilities, participate in fun games and activities, and see how the cheeses are made. Local flavors will blend with production knowledge, highlighting the ancient traditions of Ticino.
Vallemaggia will also be in the spotlight, with two farms in Cevio that, one year after the flood, want to showcase the best of their production to revitalize the region. An event that promises emotions, discoveries, and a deep connection to the roots of our land.
