So, it is not surprising that right here, in the film city of Locarno, an entire building is dedicated to film. The PalaCinema houses the Film Festival's office, the CISA - International Academy of Audiovisual Sciences, a cinema complex and the Ticino Film Commission.
The most famous scene filmed here in the region is undoubtedly James Bond's jump from the dam in the Verzasca Valley for the film "GoldenEye". From Hollywood film to TV ads: The Ticino Film Commission realises a wide variety of projects and knows the best locations.
